What kind of technical support do you offer? |

We offer full technical support by phone during normal business hours of 8am-6pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If there is a problem during non-business hours, you may email support@verticalpenguin.com and someone will respond to your request as soon as possible. |

How can you offer 100% up-time, isn't there supposed to be an expected amount of down-time for any server? |

We can offer 100% up time because our servers and network are backed up with a double-redundant power system. If the power goes out, the temporary backup power supplies will kick in immediately. If the power stays off for too long, the emergency power supplies are supplemented by diesel generators which are capable of powering the entire facility for several days without interuption. |
